To protect the privacy of any personal information you may have provided, Meadow Dessert employs reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access including Internet firewalls and anti-virus protection. No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Your payment and personal information is always safe.

Meadow Dessert respects the privacy of our customers, business partners, employees and job applicants and other visitors to our website who may choose to provide personal information. We recognize the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to us. This Privacy Statement will assist you in understanding what types of information we may collect, how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.
Refund/Exchange Policy
If you do not pick up your order, we will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance. We will be happy to remake the product for you if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both. We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer.
If Meadow Dessert has been deficient in our production of your product, we would appreciate it if you would let us know and bring back the remaining product. This allows us to correct our team, and get it perfect next time. In this case we will provide you a refund for the product. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
If you cancel your cake order with more than 48 hours notice, we will give you a full refund for your product. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will retain any deposit given up to that point.
Allergens and Sugar-free Baked Goods
Allergens that we use on a daily basis are nuts, flour (gluten), strawberries, chocolate, dairy, food dyes, and several other known allergens. We cannot guarantee that even with the highest degree of care, allergens and sugar will not be present in any of our baked goods. Meadow Dessert is not an allergen or sugar-free environment.
PAYMENT METHODS
We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
